Step one: Select Your Venue Package

South African Cloisters & Brooke Hall

Package includes:

civil ceremony, wedding breakfast & reception hire
Basic set up of your ceremony room and reception space (to include tables, table settings and chairs)
Table number/name stands
All staffing for setup of your wedding breakfast and evening bar
Licensed until midnight
On-site parking

South African Cloisters can host 150 for a civil ceremony and Brooke Hall can host 36 guests for your wedding breakfast.

The Saunders Room & Brooke Hall

Package includes:

civil ceremony, wedding breakfast & reception hire
Basic set up of your ceremony room and reception space (to include tables, table settings and chairs)
Table number/name stands
All staffing for setup of your wedding breakfast and evening bar
Licenced until midnight
On-site parking

Saunders Room can host 42 for civil ceremony and Brooke Hall can host 36 guests.

South African Cloisters & Charterhouse Hall

Package includes:

civil ceremony, wedding breakfast & reception hire
Basic set up of your ceremony room and reception space (to include tables, table settings and chairs)
Table number/name stands
PA system with microphone for speeches
All staffing for setup of your wedding breakfast and evening bar
Licenced until midnight
On-site parking

South African Cloisters can host 150 for a civil ceremony and Charterhouse Hall can host 132 guests for your wedding breakfast.

Step two: Select Your Food & Drink Package

Pick from our Sutton, Gownboys or Verites Packages to find your perfect match. We also have children’s menus for any younger guests and evening options should you wish to cater for those late-night nibbles.

All of our catering packages include the following:

Delicious three course wedding breakfast
Coffee and Tea after the meal
Glasses for your drink’s reception, wedding breakfast and toasts
Crockery and Cutlery
Water jugs for the table
Cutting of the wedding cake should it be required
Dedicated Events Manager
Experienced and friendly staff

The Sutton Package

Arrival Drink Pimm’s or Prosecco (2 glass per person)

Canape Reception (3 per person)

3 Course Wedding Breakfast followed by Tea and Coffee

Glass of Prosecco for Toast (1 glass per person)

Charterhouse Still and Sparking Water

½ bottle of wine per person (house wine)
