If you are looking to host a more intimate ceremony,\u00a0the Saunders Room airs an elegance of a stately home drawing room.\u00a0 Decorated with beautiful golden chandeliers, high beamed ceiling and wooden panelled walls, all helping to make your guests feel relaxed while they await for the ceremony to begin.<\/p>\n

South African Cloisters<\/span><\/h3>\n

Surrounded by beautiful lawns, seasonal flower displays, and a rose garden, South African Cloister provides an idyllic setting for a once in a lifetime ceremony.\u00a0 Inside you will find beautiful carved columns and archways while stone benches run down the length of the main walkway providing neatly positioned areas to add those decorative touches. While natural light pours through from the traditional Victorian gothic windows.<\/p>\n

Charterhouse Hall<\/span><\/h3>\n

This wood-panelled room, hung with oil portraits beneath a vaulted ceiling, creates a warm and traditional feel in our largest wedding venue. On the south side the tall period windows allow in the warm sunshine to add to the ambience of this unique location.<\/p>\n

The stage area at the top of Charterhouse Hall provides the ideal elevated platform for enertainment for your evening reception. You are also welcome to use our grand piano which is housed on the stage if you wish to have a pianist** play before or after.<\/p>\n

Ceremony Capacity:<\/strong> Licensed for 300 guests*<\/p>\n

Reception Capacity:<\/strong> Up to 132 guests on round tables and 150 guests banquet style<\/p>\n

Upper Brooke Hall with its open fireplace, wood-panelled walls and windows overlooking central Charterhouse School and Chapel is the ideal venue for a small intimate wedding breakfast.\u00a0 Brooke Hall allows you and your guests to have a private space which is self-contained with a cosy Reading Room that can be used for drinks and canapes before the wedding breakfast is served, or tea, coffee and cake after your meal.<\/p>\n
